I've had the laptop about a week now..
Clean reformat/partition when I first got the laptop. Right now all I'm using is microsoft word, no programs or anything installed (other than the norm.).
Holding down the power button, when the machine is turned on, will occasionally kill the power. I've had the system freeze about three times now and the power button will not shut the system off, I have to pull the battery.
Often times I will boot and the system will lock up after the Windows XP loading screen. I'll get stuck and have to reboot. This happens frequently...
What is going on? What do I do? Do I call Dell?
