Well I've really got to mess around with it some more.
It can play regular Battlefield and DC as a co-op pretty nicely with bots at around 15. Resolution 1024x768. As soon as I go online, frame lag beyond belief on such maps as Sea Rigs. Berlin seemed okay though. Don't think its the video card, seems more like not enough memory to me.
Tweaked the video card setting some more, and used Powerstrip lightly on it (240 core, 230 memory) and got a 3dmark01 of 6064. Can't download anything else to benchmark while here at work, but I will later.
Left palm rest does heat up a bit during gaming, but not to the point of being uncomfortable. Also no more then the Inspiron 4000 heated up. Thats where the harddrive is by the way, next to the memory.
Speaking of heat, using the FanGui program I've been watching the temps. During gaming while overclocked I get the following after 30 minutes:
CPU: 52c
GPU: 50-51c
DIM: 50-53c
Hard Drive: 50c-52c
Fan speed control isn't working properly. I can't manually control the speed of the fan, but I can use the temperature control settings, though this causes an error message to be displayed letting me know it can't change the speed of the second fan.
Battery life is pretty good, clocking itself down to 600mhz while running on battery. One thing I like, is the battery has an external battery meter on it, press the button and you get a rough idea of how much battery you have left.
