I just recieved an email today that my Sentia M3450 was shipped today. The tracking # isn't showing up yet on the FedExcuse site but, I imagine it won't until tomorrow anyway. But here is my question. Do I have to be at the location to sign for the package or can someone else sign for it if I'm not there. I read something in the email about signature requests or something. Thanks, |-_-|

You do not have to sign for it, but someone has to. You can change the signature requirement, too, if you really want to. To do that you have to call Alienware and ask them to call FedEx and tell them to deliver with no signature required as only the person/company shipping the package can change that. But I wanted to sign for it and have the security of knowing my laptop wasn't going to be sitting on my doorstep to be taken or damaged.

To locate the tracking numbers, you can use your order info at:
http://www.alienware.com/order_statu...er_status.aspx
At the bottom, you should see the order in Phase 10 (shipping), and all the way at the bottom should be your order info, along with the tracking numbers. They are links to the FedEx site, so you can easily click them to track your order.
And as Guerrilla said, you can have someone else sign for the package. Usually they ask for the main shipment holder when delievering. Some reps wont be as anal and let anyone sign for it, but not all of them bend the rules. You may need to inform FedEx that someone else will be signing for it.
