Purple videos? how to fix.

Well, I had this problem on my other computer with nvidia card, I have the 7800 gtx and after I play CS:S any video I watch is all purple and I have to restart my comp to get the colors back to normal. Does anyone know how to fix this so it does not happen?

If this happened on both machines, the issue may best be resolved on the Valve Forums in the CS:S section. But did you use the same video driver on both machines? Try changing your video driver maybe.

Only time that happens is when you change AA or AF while in a game. Once you re-started CS it would be fine.

Happens to me too. After i play CSS, multimedia videos ie wmp, have a purple tint to them. Goes away with restart. Only play source games, so its most likely a source issue, possibly a driver issue, or a combo of both.

i have a similar but different problem on my m90... it won't recognize dvd's in media player but play my dvd's in a orange tint in vlc?

you guys know to how to fix this?
