Transfering music from Ipod to Macbook Pro?

So I know it can be done but I don't know what program to use. I'm looking for a free program that can transfer my music and playlists exactly from the ipod onto my MBP. Any help or info would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

ipod rip, ipod music liberator, anapod, ipod util.

one of these four works excellent in xp. id just do it with oen of those free xp tools, make a dvdr, and copy it to osx.
