Getting a "complete care" system exchange a few ?'s

Well first off, do you guys know if the refurb that they will send me is coming stright from the outlet? I am wondering this because when i look in the outlet, there are no systems with as good specs as mine (M170 2.0Ghz, 120GB, 7800GTX).

Also, will they send me a sratch-n-dent instead of a refurb? I noticed a few similar that were scratch-n-dents.

And last (sorry!) Will they reconfigure a refurb to match my system? Like if there is a similar refurb, but it has a smaller H.D., will they install a larger H.D. in order to match my specs and send it to me?

Thanks for the help guys!

I think that if they don't have a similarly speced refubed lapy you would get a new one. Then again I've never made an exchange nor have I read the fineprint to prove it.

I did have a replacement with better upgrade from Core Duo to Core 2 Duo, it's brand new. I just hope they gave me a refurbish with 7900gs or 7800 video card, then i'm cool. I 'm hatting the ati x1400, doesn't worth the money at all.
