Of the 2 systems you posted the AMD system is a clear winer, it offers a 64 bit CPU and it also has a more powerfull video card by far, Think 625 points in 3dmark 05 for the 6150 vs 325 points for the GMA 950.
Performance wise the Core Duo and the Turion X2 are actualy almost identical for any given clock speed the Intel chip may be slightly faster but The last detailed benchmarks I saw showed a real world average difference of like 1~2% between the chips for the most part.
The Core 2 Duo is a huge improvment over the Core Duo, The Core 2 is 64 bit and clock to clock shows it being about 20% faster than the Core Duo or A64 X2 at any given speed.
It is worth taking note that AMD makes up some ground in 64 bit mode. Shrinking that 20% lead to about 16%.
