hey all, i am having an issue with my wifi light on my i6000d. the wireless works fine, as does bluetooth, but the wifi light will randomly turn off after its been on for a few minutes. Nothing happens to my connection or the bluetooth light it stays on as long as wireless is enabled. is this normal? anybody have any input on this? thanks.

Wow, so I'm not the only one! Whew! Yeah the same thing started on my I6000 about 2 months ago. It hasn't happened lately, but soon after the light would go out, I would also lose my wi-fi connection. It would automatically reconnect. Then after the 2 started happening separately, I started to think maybe they weren't connected. As far as losing my connection, I'm wondering if a neighbor has a 2.4Ghz device that is interuppting my connection to my router.

Can anyone help us?

it happens on my 6kd too. It seemed like one of the quickset versions (an older one) fixed it for a while then it started doing it again

Is it possible that it could be a power save function? I disabled mine already. Double click tray icon for your wireless connection then Properties>Configure>Advanced>Powersave mode~Disabled. Its worth a try...
