When my laptop boots up the mHotkey.exe is a startup item. Usually I can see it load up in the task bar for a second then it goes away and runs in the background. I'm not 100% sure what it does but I know when I turn it off and I use my laptop hotkeys like volume the yellow bar wont display although the volume and stuff still goes up/down so its not a big deal.
But lately the mHotkey.exe has started up and for some reason forgets to or i dont know what but it just stays in the taskbar. Right clicking and minimizing dosent do anything to it.
So when it gets stuck on my taskbar (nothing shows up on my screen its just on the taskbar) I just close it and the process ends. All my laptop hotkeys work fine its just that if it displayed anything when it was running it now wouldnt. No biggie but does anyone know how to get it back into hiding itself off the taskbar or w/e. I dont want to go as far as to stop it from starting up in msconfig because the yellow bar tells me how far the volume is and without i'd have to check volume controls and etc. So its pretty useful.
If anyone has a solution I'd really like to hear it! Thanks!
