Yea I'm testing one care also after an invite for the beta 1.5. But your right on a full virus scan I ran one last night after I installed it on my Vista HDD and after 1 hour was only 30% of the way through.

Still I like the option of backing up and auto defrag - I'm buying an 80gig IDE 2.5 inch HDD for my external enclosure to test this back-up function.

Well after I'm finished playing with vista I'm thinking about playinf with another OS.

What do people recommend???

Yea I've had a look at the link on OSX, using Tiger but I think you need to get the OS through bittorrent, and my home cable internet connection is getting high after 3 Vista downloads & beta 2007 etc etc etc.

Maybe next month I'll have a crack - if you get a copy let me know I'm in Sydney NSW also.

And I got a bit in the crap for downloading about 1gig at work!!!! - Dam the IT department always foiling the fun!!!!

That was probably me, I'm tri-booting with OS X, just download this torrent when you get some space in your bandwidth. After you burn that ISO partition your hard drive with a 10GB partition, then boot to the OS X disk. From the boot disk go to Disk Utility and format the 10GB partition to Apple Journaled, then install to that partition. If you need any help just pm me.

try playing games...
I have to agree with the Scottsman, These drivers suck big time. Playing Far Cry 1.3 I only get around 20-25 FPS on very high setting. Got 40+ plus with 96.33 and 60+ with XP using 91.37 tweaksrus.com drivers
post #100 of 127
**sigh**

Yep these drivers are NBG - screen flashes when looking at the 3D image under Nvidia control panel. Fear ran at the stunning speed of 75% below 25 frames/sec.

Got pissed swapped out HDD's back to MCE!!!
