How to activate the bluetooth device in my acer aspire 5000

I have an acer aspire 5000, it has the bluetooth buttom next to the wireless one but when i try to press it it shows a message on the screen NO DEVICE FOUND. I've installed the software with the installaion cd but nothing. i have no response. please help me. send any answer to my mail address please.

You've only got the button,but no Bluetooth:
