Win2k Upgrade issues

Im trying to upgrade my fossil that has Win98 to Windows 2000 Pro, I put the disc in and reformatted my hard drive but during installation it says "The file ultra66.sys is corrupted, press any key to continue" and it wont install! Win98 is gone and I dont have a recovery disk so Im stuck, can anyone help me? thanks!

It's a real disc? and the drive is completely reformatted?
I think 2000 is still supported by MS, so they should be willing to send you a new disc.
Did that one ever work before??

I just got this computer and theres this website http://www.ankhsoft.com/info-Microso..._with_SP4.html

where I downloaded the ISO and burned it onto a CD so no Ive never tried using this disc before

Did you try to contact them and tell them you have a bum disc??
Since you paid money for the product, they have to provide you with the product they're advertising..
tried burning it to a different brand disc? or used a different burner and/or software?
