Sorry to see you got taken but this was too good to be true to begin with.
Hmm, this doesn't sound good..
yeah i guess its an experience most of us go threw unfortunetly, ill have to see what paypal does, ill call em tomorrow... i hope this moron doesnt get away with this
post #13 of 31
I pm'd him while he was on last night, and the night before while he was on, but never got a response..
yeah, $900 was a nice price..too nice sorry man, I hope you get your money back. Hopefully you did it through your credit card, that way you are more protected..because paypal tends to not really do anything unless all $900 are still in the account..that way they just pop it out and pop it back into yours..

I hate it when this happens to people.
This is not something that "everyone has to go through". Yes people get burned, but you were just asking for it.

It sucks, but you should have heeded the warning of other people on here.

Listen up everyone, if it sounds too good to be true... It probably is!
yeah it s*x, the thing is, i raised the dispute less then an hour after i sent money, bcuz he started saying stuff to indicate it was a fraud...

im hoping paypal put a hold on money so it wasnt transfered to his bank account or credit card...

sorry just to clear it up it wasnt with regards to this lappy his selling, he had a dell 9300 with minimal specs which he let go on average price which wasnt too good just something i could afford
post #18 of 31
Oh so this one is still available? I'll take it!

totally kidding, hope this is resolved man, paypal should do the right thing, they always have for me in the past.
Well maybe all is well.. Give it a little more time for him to respond and continue doing what you're doing..
