Mouse questions

Well guys its time to buy a new mouse and was wondering what people thought of a few I was thinking of buying, they are the Logitech G7, Razor Copperhead, the new MX Revolution, or the G5.

I currently have the MX1000, and it ok but lags sometimes when gaming. I read that the G7 does not have that problem and would really like to keep going wireless (more comfort with laptop) but if it lags that would shoot that idea down.

Also I really like the dpi switch buttons on the G7 and G5 to switch on the fly.

Does anyone know if there is another new gaming mouse coming out soon that I should wait for or just go with one of these. I play alot of Battlefield 2 so an accurate mouse is needed.

Thanks for info in advance guys..

Mouse lag, i think can be fixed by set it send more data packet to the computer, 200 packet per secs.. Default by Windows is 100.. Go to Mouse properties and you'll find it. By sometimes lags can cause by hardware sharing IRQ etc.. I always disable extra hardware not in use so free up IRQ sharing so maximun system bandwidth for each devices.

Sometimes I wonder if my senses are too slow. I mean, I don't notice lag on my wireless mouse at all. Considering it's not an expensive model (MS notebook optical 4000)... the only problem I can think of is a dead battery when you're playing a FPS game.
