Battery Life

I have the 66whr battery on my I8200. Last nite I was actually using it for a change and noticed that it only lasted me between 30-45 mins. All I was doing was running AIM and sending a few messages here and there. FanGUI was running also, as it always is. Could that be the problem of the fast drain? I know my battery has lasted longer than this before.

How old is the battery .. After a few years the batteries tend to start dying off very quickly and do not hold a good charge ..
