hi every 1

this is going to be my first post in this nice forum

1 week ago i put an order for M9700 " STILL IN PH3"

BTW this will be my first AW

any thing i should know plzz lemme know

if you are going by the alienware site, right now it isn't working right so you will have to call them to find out what exact phase you are in. seems like if you ordered a week ago you should be in 5 or 6 by now. I ordered mine on the 5th and is in phase 5.
If you did email or call them and they still say it is in phase 3 I would be rippen them a new one LOL seriously.

Congrats, sulaiman...the only thing you need to know about ordering from Alienware is you need PATIENCE


You've just ordered a kicka$$ computer, and now you've got to wait for what will seem like forever to get it. In the meantime, you'll be reading everything you can find on the web about your computer...you'll see some people posting about problems...you'll get a queasy feeling in your stomach...you'll check your phase status 12 times a day...you'll get upset if they miss the ETA ship date...but then you'll get your magic tracking numbers...you'll have a few more sleepless nights...and then - the magic box arrives...you'll open it up, stare at your beautiful notebook for a while, plug it in and turn it on...and all the pain of the phase game will be but a distant memory...

thanks for the rply guys ,,, WW i think u r right coz i got an email from them last night says that im @ PH5 i know its ganna be a long weekend for me coz im 100% sure no 1 is working on my BEAST now

im just wating for the time i see Fedex PPl i think im ganna give HIM/Her a huge hug lets hope its a she not he LOL



SHazza ohh from you pic i can see u play GW r u ready for NightFall
and tell me how is M9700 with GW i know its not a hard game to run but the graph there is really COOL

Yep...I'm anxiously awaiting Nightfall...I haven't loaded GW on my m9700 yet, but no doubt it will play seamlessly. My m5500 with the go 6600 vid card handles it just fine, so should be no issues on the m9700...

Phase 5 already...sounds like you are making good progress.

I thought factions was okay...but went through it pretty fast with a Ritualist. In prophecies, I've got a Ranger, Warrior, Monk, and a Necro ...have finished the game with each of them.

OMG aint that the truth I bet that alienware is sick of me by now cause I call them every day LOL I just got to know how my baby is doing LMAO The suspence is killing me right now cause I know it will only be a few more days before it ships (if everything goes well) and I deffinately know I won't be able to sleep durring shipment cause I been waiting almost 4 years to own an alienware.

LOL ya I would hug the fedex person when they bring it (if it was a woman) LOL If it is a guy I would be like "wanna take a break and share a beer with me" LMAO

when I open it up and see it for the first time would be like in utter aww and shed a tear of joy as I turn it on. Think I'm nuts? LMAO maybe so, but dang it, I have been waiting way to long to own an alienware beast and now I know I will have one, I am gitty and patience is getting thrown out the window MUAHAHAHAHA!

Don't worry about it, sulaiman. Your post was clear.

I've liked all the characters I've played. They each have special skills that come in handy at different times. Monk is the hardest, I think...because you have to heal people who often don't know what they're doing. I play a lot with henchies, and PUGs, so you never know what you'll get. Nightfall sounds interesting, as you can customize your henchmen/heros to a greater degree.
