Split Billing...

My question is pretty simple. I used a debit card and the Max was only $2500 so I had to do a split billing order over 3 days...That finished up on friday it has been hanging at Phase 2 ever since, just a weekend lag or just AW...I just don't feel like waiting any longer then the 6 weeks they said it would take to ship.

My guess is just lag. You should vault to phase 3 once they have your money and since that's straightened out they probably just haven't updated their Status page. They're notoriously slow about doing that (at least, slow in the mind of a user fiending for his/her new gaming system).

My order hung at phase 1 for five business days past the day they got my financing papers back and didn't move 'til I contacted them about it. Once I contacted them, it jumped to three and...well, see my .sig for the rest.

Never trust the website for updates in your phases.

From what I've read then AW is just being par for course then.... the fact I'm impatient helps very little as well also

I've been at phase 3 for today, last friday and thursday, and all weekend, i'm mad. Its already been 10days since start, and im only phase 3.

Alienware's homepage says systems are shipping within 7 days now! I wonder what the hold up is?

Actually if you click right where it says "systems now shipping within 7 days" you'll get this lil popup:

Actually, you seem to be having the same Financing delay that I experienced. I'd contact them just to get 'em moving and then you should breeze right through.

I hung with financing, I ordered Jan 19th. It didn't ship until Feb 8th.
I'm not complaining tho, because some things are just worth the wait.

I called them they said that the full payment was received and that the Phase page should show the update....so I check...and I am now in Phase 3
