They are the exact same thing really. They are both built on the same frame, with the key differences being:

1) The M90 has a high resolution NON gloss screen
2) The M90 has a 3 button touchpad
3) The M90 can have the fx 2500m (which is the same as the 7900GTX, but with extra features for CAD/CAM use turned on; the drivers are also more optimized for the popular CAD/CAM programs).

In my opinion, the M90 also has a more professional look, but that is really just user opinion and taste.

the nw9440 is just a like a m90 with 1500m which can game like a 7900gs

So whats the real difference between the Quadro series and the regular GeForce?
the quadro is optimized for cad and other design software and the geforce is not. as for the m90 and the hp, the m90 is still more powerful because it has essentially a 7900gtx which is more powerful than the 7900gs (not counting overclocking)

outlet?
dell USA has an outlet where they sell off machines that have been returned or machines that have had the order cancelled after the machine ships. the prices are usually pretty good in there and if your lucky you can get some amazing deals. the problem is that unless you are in the USA you cant purchase through the dell outlet, as far as i have seen no other dell national website (like dell canada, or dell UK) has the outlet. this really sucks for the rest of us who are not in the USA but there is little we can do about it.

just guessing from looking at your user name im betting you are not in the USA..... which means you are likely gonna end up just buying it normally.
