Ati X1600 Pci-e?

Is the Ati x1600 pci-e based? if so does that mean i can change it out for a nvidia 7900 gtx?

Its pci-e but no you cannot change it, most gfx card are bulid in the motherboard. Only cards that are MXM (Mobile PCI Express Module) can be change with the corresponding MXM type.

Check this site to find out if your laptop supports MXM
