LCD screen I8200 Weird problem

A while back my LCD screen was broken by my brother. I replaced it off one from ebay (supposedly a factory refurbished by dell, came in a dell box) and after about three weeks It started having this problem (you will see in video). It does it, id say about 85% of the time, but ALWAYS comes back to normal at the "enter your password to log on screen"

it never did this w/ my old LCD, and it never messes up while the computer is running, ONLY on startup, and ONLY till it gets to the log in screen.

VIDEO

Any ideas?? btw, i changed the modulator or what ever it is on the back of the lcd w/ the old one that worked properly, no idea what that thing does, but it didnt help

Thanks

To me, it seems like its just warming up.

I'd say you might possibly have a bad video card or a bad LCD flex cable. Both can be had for under $200.

if it were either of those, why would it go to normal working after the start up process. i ran out of space on the video, but shortly after that, it goes to the log in screen where i have to enter my password. it always does, it never doesn't work once it gets to that point. i can use the computer normal, the LCD works, just not correctly for the first 45ish seconds....

Looks like Motherboard, Videocard realted. If you tap the system to an external source do you get the same issue? Im leaning more towards the motherboard simply because I see the service lights going off as the screen is blooming.

The service light (the orange light) blinks because my battery is completely shot, there is NOTHING to it, laptop has to be plugged in at all times.

HERE is another video, it shows it get to the log in page which is what it always does as if it were working normal. I cut out about 60 secs so you arent sitting there all day watching it, lol

It's an odd problem indeed, can you even get into BIOS and view it? If you can't I'd say there's a very good chance that something is wrong with the video card.
