I have an i9300 with a ATI x300 mobility card. I flashed the BIOS to the hacked on, updated it, uninstalled all video card drivers (Omega drivers if it matters), rebooted into safe mode, ran Driver Cleaner, selected ATI and it removed registry keys. Then I opened the laptop, took out the x300, and replaced the 7800 gtx card. I start it up, and it doesn't recognize the Nvidia card. The new hardware wizard pops up for a Video Controller (VGA compatible). Did I do something wrong? How do I make the 7800 gtx work?
