kind of weird that they overshot your delivery date by 21 days... did they keep you posted on these delays or did you have to call them DeWite?

Nope no mousepad which I though was just great lol, and nope no updates from them, the e-mail's i recieved were automated and I didn't get one telling me it had shipped when it had, I had to check myself. No replies to e-mails, and when calling the reps new nothing and could answer no questions, all they could do is ask me to get a longer warranty. I'm nbot complaining because I don't care what they do, I have it now and its amazing!! Only thing I'm annoyed about is next year I will be buying Vista, and Office 2007... Great. No upgrade or money off whatsoever. Nothing. £2158.49 or $4126.82. I know the Vista upgrade is for after 31st of october. I basically felt the Alienware team did not want me as a customer and don't really care, fair enough tbh...

Crap. I just got off the phone with AW and they told me there was this problem with the m9700 and it's back in phase 5 now... Poor lappy. Poor me for waiting longer. Well I guess it's better than receiving a faulty notebook...

No way! I checked again today and despite the rep's est. time (it would take 4-5 business day to get the system back into production) it skipped to phase 10 today not even 24 hrs later!!!! woohoooooo it's on its way I am so happy now God led it be 100% in perfect working and looking order and don't let it crap out on me! wooooot
