Installing New Keyboard - Help

OK I know this is probably very very simple.. but I just want to hear it from you all. My CTRL key came off tonight and they said I would have to send my system in to get a new keyboard or they would send me the part.. so obviously I said just send me the part. Is it pretty simple to take off your old keyboard and put down the new one? Also, will the keyboard I am getting be refurbished? if so, should I worry about that or no?

Thanks for all your help in this matter

EDIT** As of a few min ago, I was able to put the button back on. A new keyboard is in transit.. I guess I will just send it on back but I wont have to pay for shipping.. ?

The procedure is VERY easy.. It will take you 15 mins tops!
All of the shipping is paid for by dell to and from, so no worries.. once you're done w/ the install, throw your old keyboard in the box that the new one came in, call the Airborne Exprss phne # they give you w/ the instructions, and someone will come by that day to pick it up.. Very Easy and Painless.
Get the new keyboard, and slap it in.. you won't be sorry..
