help-I downloaded a file that I cannot delete or move

Hello everyone, I downloaded a video clip from Limewire (P2P sharing) and it saved it to my "shared" file. I want to delete it, but if I highlight the file and try to delete it, it will not do anything or wants to shut down the desktop. I ran a virus scan and it did not come up with anything. If I "right click" the file, it does not give me the normal list of options, such as delete, but instead it gives me a shorter list consisting of only the play and add to lists. Can someone help me try to get this file deleted. Thanks.

Check your processes and see if it's running something.

Or if Limewire is running and you have sharing turne don it's sharing that file, so ya, you can't delete it because it's being used.

'delete on reboot' for lots more options.
