Screen Quirk

I'm not sure i know which sceen i have on my 8600, but there is a pestering little issue. On the left side of my screen, i have more space that doesn't display anything (pixel-less) than the right side of my screen. Its a very minute difference. Let me put it this way, the distance between the display and the frame is more on the left side than it is o the right side. I'm using Dell drivers for my GPU and i was wondering if anyone else has had the same concern. I haven't seen it mentioned on the forum so far. Oh, and i have a WUXGA display. Just not sure about the manufacturer. I'd say the right side has no space between the end of the display and the frame, but the left has an easy 1mm-1.5mm. It is noticeable. Anyone know of a fix?

Yeah, here is the fix, call Dell and have them send you a NEW screen right away.

Nope, just wondering if anyone has the same issue. Thanks anyway. Cheers.

i have some space between the ligthen pixels and the frame, but that is the way this lcds are, if that space was ligthen then the resolution would be like 1908X1206 or so, i will say not to worry is normal.
now, if you maximize any window and the border is cutted on the left side, that is a problem and Dell needs to fix it.

I don't have windows that are being cut out.
