When I alt-tab out of world of warcraft, and go back into the program it makes the video extremely choppy, lines appear across the screen etc. When I close out and then restart the program everything is fine. Any ideas people?

Do you have Sli enabled on your computer? If so then it is probably the signal being messed up since Sli splits the screen in two.

Im not entirely sure what to do. Maybe enabling v. sync. or disabling. I dont have SLI or WoW so I dont know for sure.

I have the m9700 with SLI. My brother plays WoW all the time. We never had this problem. The only problem we had was the time it took to alt-tab...512 MB of ram wasn't enough. With 2 GB now, it alt-tab's quicker with no problems.

Maybe there's a display setting in WoW that needs to be adjusted? I don't think my brother changed a setting, so maybe a re-install is in order?

Happened to see a number of people were complaining about choppy video on the m9700 with WoW in the Alienware Tech support forums...not sure they found a solution, but you might want to check out the discussion there.

Now I am having problems getting it to alt-tab to the desktop....have 2gig ram, so its not that. Maybe I should get on the line with tech support tomorrow. Anyway, shazza can you get me the link to that thread?
