Stuck in Phase 1 (m9700)

I ordered the m9700 on October 18th with a expected ship date of November 2nd. Is there a reason I am stuck in phase 1 still? I tried refreshin but I seem to stay in phase 1 which makes me think that it may not be a bug.....

I hate this wait...

Purchased... October 18th
Phase 1... incomplete

It's worth a call to Alienware to make sure your payment has been processed. Have you received any emails from Alienware confirming your order?

That's funny, I ordered mine the same day and mine is still in phase 1 also. I called AW this morning and had my order confirmed, now it should be going into phase 2.

Same problem here... The only difference is, I already had it confirmed. They called me to confirm it the morning of the 31st. I'm probably too impatient, but my expected shipping date is the 7th so... Still in phase one though!
