CPU upgrades need to be sent back to Alienware and that will cost me more money, same with adding another card. I prefer a straight up even trade.

So true, but I can take care of the warranty situation for its future owner IF anything goes wrong.

that kinda contriadicts what youre saying.....if youre selling it, and it viods warranty, if they do so happen to upgrade it (end user) then its broken already, so they can add the card/proc

but okies just curious

I understand, but it's all good. If no one wants to trade. I'll just keep it and buy an XPS M1710 on my own.

Perhaps you should follow through on your original deals scammer...You agreed to buy my 7950 for 500 and thats legal binding according to many NBF'ers. So PAY UP!
I backed out, not you = D
Exactly and thats not legal, legally binding means both parties have agreed which we did, therefore send me my money, you should still have my address, the card is ready to go!
I don't have the adress anymore, and I have the money but I don't think that when you agree to an item I don't think you are forced to buy it unless you have a gun to your head.

Didnt you have an agreement with tate? What happened to that agreement that you wouldnt follow through on? Why didnt you follow through? Oh right, you tried to gouge him on shipping.

How bout...stop thread crapping?
