lastnight when i was down my uncles i seen about 3 to 4 more black and 1 blue pixels
i aready had 1 blue pixel when i got so i left that go and my light leakage.
but i couldint stand 3 to 4 more pixles lol
i told them about it and they said cant replace it because 4 pixels is acceptable lol so i told them i cant stand it because it realy ennoying so but they still said they cant being nice. so i told them about my light leakage and they said what is that lol i told them its like a ghosty 1/3 line on the bottom and you could even see it all over the screen because some parts was ligher than the other. they said can i use dell conected to connected to my computer i said its nothing wrong with my dell except the screen they said again i want to use dell connected.
so ok and they went in my computer and said they cant see the line lol so i said its the screen hardware not the computer hardware or software so they took over again and said point out the line.
so i did and they took my vista theme off and they said its gone now lol they thought it was that black line lol.
i told them its not the theme or any software ony the people in front of the laptop could ony see it and they chang the wall paper and and res like 5 times to 1920x1200 and said its all gone lol.
i said its not gone i told them i even hook it up to a external screen and it dont have this problem at all.
so they check once again and they said sir when you was on the black screen he couldint see it at all as he should see everything with dell connected...
i told them do you see any pixels? because its the same thing as ghosting as you wont see it on your end of the computer lol
so they said sir you realy have a good point about that.
so he understand me now lol and they said they will replace the screen for me
so than he was saying sending the laptop back i told them they could just send me the screen and i send the old one back and told them i took apart laptops and computers befor with no problems. because i know how to take the laptop apart because i aready did because for the 7800gtx which i didint say that lol.
they said sir i cant do that because i have a depot warrtty. so i said cant send te whole laptop in because i need the laptop as it was my own computer that i had which is not
and because i need it for my work and stuff.
they said i understand sir and they said we will dispatch the screen kit please give me your address and phone so i did and they said they shiping it out in 1 to 2 days and i even ask them being nice do i send back teh old one they said yes sir.
than they said what do you rate this chat i told them 10 out of 10 because they did replace my screen which they could say they cant.

to me that pretty good service for replaceing it for me. but i wish he whould of knew more lol
