i almost didn't come to the site for like a month woow big change almost entire site has been changed still using the vbulletin 3.5.0 but hey is this a layout or entire thing has been changed but whatever it is it is utterly perfect

i would like to know is this a special custimized layout of the vbulletin?

They just changed the design. There's a poll in OT on some of the design ideas. I wasn't too keen on the new design (too "bubbly" with too much wasted white space), but thankfully there is an option on the top of the page to go back to the old design... for now
