This is a new lappy so post all ure problems here and hopefully we can get some clever people to help us out
I have some problems if any one can help. firstly the fan on the laptop is always on?? no matter wht the cpu temp..
also when i resume from standby or hibernate sometimes it just locks up ??
also just a general question how do i measure the temp of my gpu??

. NHC - notebook hardware control - is a cool small app to give u an overview of ur sys performance
. i m having issue with standby/hibernation as well, it a hit&miss, only thing i can suggest is to make sure that all usb devices/controller (or any hardware) are not set to "save power" (allowing xp to turn off devices ...) - but then it would defeat the whole purpose of standby/hibernation, is it not?

Hi mselley !

I have the same problem with the fan. It never stops even if I use NHC !
Can someone have a solution for this problem ?

yep the resume from standby and hibernate is hit and miss just locks up sometimes and the fan is anoying if any one hears of ne updates or has any knowledge to spare then thanks
