Mtown - you emailed me yesterday morning and said the SZ330 was sold, so now what is it, sold or available?

mtown.. if you are reading this.. PLEASE either send me the laptops tomorrow or refund my money... very simple .. two choices... no more excuses, no more dragging this on.. if for ANY reason at all you are NOT going to send the laptops out tomorrow, just refund the money.. because I am tired of waiting and being hung out to dry.

and yes I need the refund so I can pay back the bank that paid you my money after I did a stop payment because you didnt' respond in four days

Bump for a resolution.

::sigh::.. i just want it all to be over... i jsut want my money back.. or the laptops.... thanks for the bump.. he keeps telling me he will send the laptops out as soon as I lift the stop payment.. but ill be damned if I do that and have him run with my money... he has not kept a single promise yet... first he promises he will ship the laptop out the DAy he gets my payment.. the day he gets the money.. he says he'll send it out the next day... next day comes along.. the day after.. another.. another.. and another.. no response to any form of comunication.. no phone, email, text message, pm.. nothing. Shows up Sunday outta nowhere saying he is still good and will send the laptops out tuesday.. I tell him I put a stop payment on the payment cause he neglected to contact me and then he just stops responding.. he will not pickup a single phone call or respond to a single email of mine..... the best part is.. he already cashed the check.... so he has the money.. but still refuses to send the laptops out.. absolutely ridiculous...

the deal I made with him is this.. to send it to a UPS station. .i will remove the stop payment.. and as soon as its done and over with . i will pickup the laptops.. i offer this idea.. he says he will call UPS .. and hasn't responded since... no emails phone calls nothing...

So I guess we were all right about this guy being a scammer. I'd notify the admins about your issue, 347. Hope you get your money back and take this as a learning experience...

"i don't wanna get scammed card".. i have been nothing but honest with you.. if i really wanted to scam you.. i coulda just waited for you to send out the laptops to tell you that I put a stop payment on the check.. so don't even play that card.

where is this guy located? Maybe someone can go to his place and recover the laptops or money for you.....

nah. money order... he sold another laptop to somebody else on the forums... that guy vouched for him.. so i gave him a chance... same deal..

That really sux. I was tempted to get this laptop from him as well. But I told myself no way in hell I'm gonna send some noob money first, especially in the form of MO. Damn scammer.

Suckage. I thought something was funny about those prices. I hope you get your money back. Its stuff like this that kils trust in a forum.

Not to get into the middle of something that's not really my affair, but this guy is not a scammer. I got a laptop (the same model SZ330pb, in fact) and it came. He's just a little slow in communicating because he has two jobs and not a lot of free time. I am helping three4seven to help resolve this issue and I think that a happy outcome will be reached.

i released the stop payments.. it should clear within 72 hours. I will update everybody when the two laptops I purchased are sitting in front of me in the condition as advertised.
