Look I have to say I understand the screens on these are not top, but man you prove to be a Novice at computers, first off you do not buy these lines of laptops for gaming and telling us doesn't play games well proves you really do not know that much, for God's sake it has a video card that shares memory, I play all kinda games on my 710m and they work fine with the crappy intel video, but I bought this for school not for gaming.
Second Dell has good value for money, you should have bought a different model with a better video card, You still have not told us specs at all another tell tale sign, I have 1gig ram and a Pentium M 2.0 in mine and thats why I can play games Oh and I spend an hour reprograming my computer when I get it (I'll be doing with the two Dells I just purchased for my Sons) I take Nortons off right away and put AVG on ( increases speed by about 15%) and go in and stop all the programs I can from auto loading at start up ( another thing you should do to get rid of the memory hogs) Before you complain do some research and learn.
