I recently bought Dell Precision M65 and I'm having problems with it. I'm hoping someone can help me. I usually use Adobe Photoshop, and Maya on it.
When I start the laptop, it gets 'stuck' at the beginning. It gets stuck at the Windows XP logo page (with the black background and the blue bar at the bottom) and it goes no further than that.
This has happened twice before and when I phoned tech support, they told me to do several things on it (including running diagnostics and revert to earlier settings, etc..) but ultimately they told me to reinstall Windows XP. I don't want to reinstall Windows again if it's going to happen again....
I'm wondering if anyone is having similar problems and if anyone knows how to fix this problem, I would really appreciate it.
