The latest price for a gig (2x512) of Kingmax is $190 shipped, while I can get the Samsung for $178. I read in a prior article that the Samsung is up to 30% faster but in another thread the Kingmax was recommended because it is BGA and is about 6 to 10 degrees cooler. Would I notice a change in the speed (mostly for gaming) when my system is a 1.4 with the 7200 rpm HD with the Samsung or should I stick to the Kingmax hoping that the system fan turns on less frequently.
