Quad COre comin early

rumors have it that instead of q1 07 release for quad core its coming in novemeber. Do u think we can see quad core in notebooks maybe say in time for christams 06??? (will Dell maybe offer quad core u tihnk by xmas???)

yeah just saw the peek of the Dell XPS 710 replacing the 700. Quad Core Extreme QX6700 with dual 7950 gtx's. thats just sick

Intel doesn't even have any quad core mobile CPUs in its roadmap afaik, so its not anytime in near future.

Mobile Quads aren't out yet, but Gateway and Dell have already released it on their desktops:
