5150 low 3dmark score :( help plz

hey guys, i got my 5150 yesterday

specs are

3.2ghz h/t
512 ram
64 megabyte fx5200go
uxga screen
etc.........

well i did a clean install of windows xp professional, and used the dell cd to install all the drivers

everything was all good

i got 3dmark2001se, with the patch and i ran it, and i only got 65XX !!! WHY GRR, i tried doing it with h/t enabled and h/t disabled and got basically the same scores, how come im getting such a low score, ppl on the dell board and here are getting in the 7000's with a 3.06gig cpu, why am i getting lower, can ne body plz help me, its making me not want my laptop, i understand the score isnt everything, as long as my games work fine but i want it to run at least on par with everyone elses system

someone plzzzzzzzzzzz help

Mind you some people overclock. Dont let those scores fool you be content you got exactly what you paid for you should be happy youve yet to get any dead pixels or part failures

ok... i asked for help on how to get my score even with those of other ppl with the same computer, the scores im talking about are all stock clock speeds

ne ways i loaded up ut2004 and its very laggy, every 5-10 seconds or so it just freezes for 2 seconds or so then carrys on normally, whats this all about

well i think i found out the problem, whenever i am in a game and i press escape then go to settings and change the resolution it starts to lag, i played it at 1024X768 with no lag, on all settings as high as i could put them, its weird i avg around 25-30fps, is that good? seems kind of low, on my desktop 1.2gig t-bird, albatron ti4200p turbo, 512 megs of ram, with all settings as high as i can put them, i get an avg of 50-60fps at a resolution of 1280x1024

i still believe my system is not running to its fullest capabilities, as shown by my 3dmark score ne body have ne ideas on what could be causing me to lose 500-700 points

to be fair the 4200 is a much more capable card then the 5200 this would explain the performance differences

no one can help besides dellmachina omggggggg

ne ways i ran 3dmark2003 and got 940, why am i getting so low in everything grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr, no one has an idea or ne thing?
