Hey guys, my last notebook's screen recently gave away (Compal CL56) and I am in the market for a lower end speced laptop. My uses are basically for wifi (MSN and web browsing), word processing/excel, some music and movie viewing, but gaming is not really required since I have a gaming PC already.
I recently ran into a thread on another forum, where members had purchased the Acer TM4204 at Staples (Canada) for around the 450 CAD before taxes. This model pretty much caught my eye because the features seemed to fit what I needed, and it wasn't a Celeron
I am just wondering what the owners of this model think of their notebook, in terms of the screen viewing, overall performance other than gaming, and quality. I know Acer has had a bad rap with some of their notebooks, especially their lower end notebooks, with their quality, but I'm not sure on this model.
