I recently bought a wireless router for internet access using my presario m2000 but the problem is I think the wi-fi driver is not installed as it cannot detect the connection.
also, whenever the desktop loads (after a fresh boot) it detects 2 unrecognized hardwares which is a network controller and a PCI modem but can't find the corresponding driver for them. I've tried compaq's/hp's drivers and support but it still doesn't work.
any help would really be appreciated.
