New C2D Macbooks

According to appleinsider.com they should be released very soon. Man if the update comes with discrete gfx instead of the intel rubbish I will be a happy camper!!!

yea good luck on the discrete gfx. ill just be happy to have maybe a "new" revision of the heat dissapation system on the inside?

thatd be my wish.

heheh, yeah, i doubt the C2D's are any cheaper than the CDs so i wouldn't bet on any discrete graphics.

Nice upgrade...good to see larger HDs are an option...and a 2GB (from 1GB) RAM upgrade is $175...not too bad. No discrete graphics, but then, didn't really expect it...

Sigh...I'd still love to see a 12 or 13" version of the MacBook Pro, but don't think it's gonna come.

The price premium for the blackbook is gone now too.

When you upgrade the white one to the same specs the difference is, like, 40 bucks.

The 200 is for the 120 gig drive. Add it to the top of the line white MacBook and the specs are identical and the price is only 40 bucks different or so.
