I need technical support from Acer for my laptop.
I bought myself a laptop (Acer Aspire 5021WLMi) two years ago wich had a DVD recorder installed (model DVR-K04RA). However lately there has been a problem with the recorder - it can't read DVD-s it wrote. But it reads DVD-s written by other recorders just fine. I immagine the problem might be old firmware, because most media developers encourage to update recorder firmware. The only media I can find in the shops are 16x but my Pioneer recorder is only up to 4x. So how do I update my firmware?
But I can't find any e-mail address on any of the Acer website. Not a working e-mail anyway. So does anyone know who should I mail or perhaps someone knows the solution to my problem?
