As some folks here know I was a classic casualty of the phase game - over ten weeks to receive my system through a quagmire of mis-information and false hopes. I thought though I would jump back into this section of the forum a few weeks after receiving my notebook to let you know what it's like after the beast has landed.
It's an amazing sytem - everything I hoped for and more. Not a single problem - except that I now have to de-tox from World of Warcraft
When everyone told me as I was going through phase agony that it would be worth the wait, it was hard to listen. I almost cancelled my order.
I am glad I didn't - it really is worth it. A word to the wise - an Alienware senior manager told me that they really don't update the information on order status regularly. I suggested that this causes way more problems than it solves and if they aren't going to udpate it regularly with accurate information then they should take the whole thing down.
