lots of bsods - failing memory?

Ive been getting severak bsods now, recently though its started becoming more and more frequent. At first they just said "IRQ_NOT_LES_THEN_OR_EQUAL" sometimes identifying a file win32k.sys and other times not identify anything causing it, then it progressed to saying "PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA" again sometimes identifying win32k.sys and other times not identifying anything. Now it dosent even tell me what the errors are... and instead of doing minidumps it goes and dumps all the physical ram...

anyone have any ideas on how to fix this? Ive tested the ram, and havnt found anything with that, but havent tested the video ram in any way.

Heres a little fix for the Page Fault errors.

Video RAM cant cause random errors like that. If you still think its the RAM, do you have 2 sticks in your machine? Test them individually and see if you get the same problems.
