I have heard it is easy but I really don't want to mess with it

I am willing to pay $350 shipped for core or $450 shipped for a premium, unless you have lots of stuff with it, then we can negotiate on a price.

IT only requires a flash to mod... It's not a chip or anything? Or am I wrong?

you're correct loki, just a firmware hack to the dvd rom drive.
