It actually looks more 'established'.
The look seems to match hp's new looks.
The touch buttons work the same as HP's, and I have to say, it seems like it would be a pleasant thing to use.
If you want, I think all Best Buy's have at least one on display so you can poke around at it before buying it or buying it from Compaq's website. I'm not sure if CompUSA or Circuit City have this series of laptop on display, but I'd assume so.
