My Backspace, o, l, return, up down left and right arrows, shift, control, alt keys, and the left mouse button on the fingerboard mouse pad decide not to work once in a while. Anyone tried writing a paper without the backspace or enter key? My warranty was up by about three weeks when this crap started happening. I am not a happy camper, as I have personally sold 
4 3880s for Sager, as well as a 9890 to my friends and family . I understand that as I didn't purchase an extended warranty, it is NOT their responsibility to help me for free, but as a caring IT professional I run the kind of company that would realize "hey this is a big problem, this guy's a fairly responsible and loyal customer, and needs a helping hand" and help a person like me out. I'm thinking maybe just taking my 3880 apart and resetting all the periph connectors will do the trick, but the fact that I have to deal with this pisses me off.
Does anyone have a diagram of how to go about taking my computer apart?
