Also, No one else has said it, so I will:
What were you searching for that you don't want anyone to see
jk. In the future, I'd recommend that you use firefox. It has a great privacy manager. I've actually set it to delete all history when I close the browser. This includes:
Also, I don't know if you have a smartcard reader on your computer(Most dell business-model laptops come with one built in), but I am working on a new privacy add-in for firefox. When you insert a smartcard, it will prompt for the PIN of that card. Once entered, as long as the card remains in the computer, Firefox will work like it normally would. Everything is saved, cache, browsing and download history, cookies, saved passwords, etc. But as soon as the card is removed, these are all saved to an encrypted file. The next person using Firefox will not see any of the previous activity. However, as soon as the original smart card is reinserted and the PIN is entered, all the saved information will be available. This way you can store passwords, login info and favorite sites and no one else will be able to see them.
If this sounds like something you (or anyone reading this) would be interested in, PM me. It will most likely be free, but you would need a smartcard reader and a valid smartcard(can be bought online for cheap) If theres enough interest, I might make it available for free download.
