I've got 2 external Hard drives for sale...

1) Maxtor OneTouch III Mini - 100GB - $75/shipped
  • USB 2.0
IDE Drive inside - I didn't open, but I'm guessing its a Maxtor drive?
    5400RPM

2) Startech 2.5" On-The-Go Drive - 80 GB - $75/shipped
  • USB 2.0
    SATA Drive inside - (Hitachi)
    5400RPM

The Maxtor drive I purchased new from Best Buy, I have the box, manuals, etc- everything that came with it..

The Startech kit was purchased separately - the hard drive is out of a Lenovo Thinkpad (Drive was upgraded for a larger size) and I bought the enclosure separately (I have the box, manuals, etc for the enclosure.

Cause the smaller drive (80GB) is S-ATA and the larger drive (100GB) is IDE (internal connections - both are USB 2.0).

Bump for a good deal. For future reference, Notebook forums is reknowned for threadcrappers. The concept of PM'ing someone is foreign to a lot of these guys. It's why I only buy here and never even bother posting a for sale thread. Good luck man. These are great deals. If I didn't have so many already I'd be all over it.

Any manufacturere warranty remaining on either of Ext HD setups

Is there any original warranty remaining on these? StarTech site indicates 1 yr. Has anyone found a good eSATA enclosure for a pair of NB HDs?bmpd?

Your prices are totally reasonable. i just sold a 100GB external drive on ebay for $128.00. It was a 5400rpm PATA FireLite drive, but in no way was it any better then what you got. If you don't get any buyers, try ebay. Good luck!
