Every time I try to play counter strike source, it will crash, and give me a standard error: hl2 had to close we are sorry for the inconvenience, please report this to microsoft..
This happens when i try to join a server, and it says sending client info, it will then close the window and crash, i have install discs, i tried using those to install and i also tried to install through steam online.
I also tried changing my screen resolutions, thinking maybe it couldn't display that particular resolution, still crashes... any ideas? i hope i don't have to format....
btw this is on an e1705 with a 7900gs
