Need your opinions (within the confines of the only section I really hang out in) (and really looking for WELL EDUCATED OPINIONS)

I have the following CPUs that have become available to me and are in 100% perfect working condition and have had seen very little hours of use.

Intel Pentium M 780 2.26 GHz

Intel Pentium M 770 2.13 GHz (I have 2)

Intel Pentium M 740 1.6 GHZ (engineering sample QMVD)

What would you pay for those processors? USD or CAD?

I wouldn't pay anything for any of those since they don't work in my laptop

But seriously, I haven't been following the prices lately. Off the top of my head I figure you should be able to get a good $150-200 for the 770 and 780 and maybe like $50-80 for the 740 (US$). The 1.6 are really not in demand at all, but the 1.6 with the 400MHz FSB (735 iirc) is the pinmodding champ and is still pretty sought after. Go into the fore sale sectiona dn chsck you some threads by a guy named Brent Presley (or something like that). He sells tons of cpus, or at least he did last time I looked.
